Alliance Francaise

Alliance Francaise is Chicago’s French cultural and learning center dedicated to the study of French language,cultural exchange, and friendship between Americans and French speaking people. But actually everyone is welcome: if you like France, events with French flavour or just would like to meet a nice international crowd you will definitely enjoy AF events.

AF organizes classes, cultural events, presentations, etc. which are good both for social and business networking (you can meet various types of professionals at the events) You can find the calndar of events on AF's website.

Excellent seminar for job seekers

Seminar: How to Effectively Get a WIA Grant for Job Training

The "Workforce Investment Act" (WIA) provides for grants that can help you offset the costs of job training. In this seminar, Dennis Muller, President of Microtrain, will speak about the opportunities for training grants.

French-American Chamber of Commerce will be organizing monthly networking events for your professionals:
